Sales Specialist (Healthcare & Life Sciences Solutions)
Overview
We are seeking a customer-facing Sales Specialist to drive business growth within the healthcare and life sciences sector
This role focuses on delivering solution-based sales that support diagnostic capabilities and improve patient outcomes
The position involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and collaborating internally to provide tailored solutions
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Execution
Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
Identify opportunities to increase penetration across target segments
2. Customer & Partner Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners
Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions
3. Consultative Sales
Provide proposal-based, consultative sales by addressing specific customer challenges
Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on client needs
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams including marketing, technical specialists, and service functions
Ensure alignment to deliver high-quality, end-to-end customer solutions
5. Customer Satisfaction
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing customer support and satisfaction
Maintain long-term relationships through consistent engagement and service quality
Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
Experience
5+ years of sales experience in medical devices, life sciences, or related industries
Experience selling a combination of equipment, instruments, and consumables
Experience within or exposure to the pharmaceutical sector is preferred
Experience managing distributors or indirect sales channels
