Overview
  • We are seeking a customer-facing Sales Specialist to drive business growth within the healthcare and life sciences sector

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Execution
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence

  • Identify opportunities to increase penetration across target segments

2. Customer & Partner Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners

  • Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions

3. Consultative Sales
  • Provide proposal-based, consultative sales by addressing specific customer challenges

  • Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on client needs

4. Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, technical specialists, and service functions

  • Ensure alignment to deliver high-quality, end-to-end customer solutions

5. Customer Satisfaction
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing customer support and satisfaction

  • Maintain long-term relationships through consistent engagement and service quality

Candidate Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

Experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience in medical devices, life sciences, or related industries

  • Experience selling a combination of equipment, instruments, and consumables

  • Experience within or exposure to the pharmaceutical sector is preferred

  • Experience managing distributors or indirect sales channels
