Key Responsibilities(主な業務内容)
Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Conduct client needs analysis and propose additional solutions or services
Deliver product presentations and introduce enhancements or new offerings
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product management) to develop tailored solutions
Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation and contract closure
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support strategy

Requirements(応募条件)
3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in financial or banking-related industries
Strong financial reporting and forecasting skills
Experience developing account management strategies and plans
Experience working in a matrix or cross-functional organization
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment
Detail-oriented with strong service mindset and proactive attitude
Strong multitasking and documentation/reporting skills
Professional communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
アカウントマネジメント経験(3年以上/金融・銀行業界歓迎)
