What the job entails
As an Analyst, you will support the firm’s domestic and cross-border M&A advisory work end to end. You will contribute to industry research and transaction screening, help identify potential acquisition and divestiture targets, and build financial models and valuations to inform client decision-making.
You will also assist with the planning and management of due diligence processes, support contract negotiations and execution, and help prepare materials from meetings and company visits. The role requires close coordination with senior advisors and clients, as well as the ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to develop deep M&A advisory skills in a highly practical environment.
