Auxiliary Pharmacist
Overview
We are seeking an Auxiliary Pharmacist to support pharmaceutical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality processes within a controlled logistics or clinical environment
This role focuses on product handling, documentation control, and adherence to global and local regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities
Ensure full compliance with applicable national regulations and local health authority requirements
Adhere to international quality standards and guidelines (e.g., GMP, GDP, GCP, and internal procedures)
Follow established standard operating procedures covering all depot activities from product receipt through to final distribution
Manage product status updates in both physical inventory and system records based on client instructions and internal policies
Conduct quality checks during relabeling processes when delegated by the quality function or in the absence of a designated quality representative
Maintain strong knowledge of all protocols handled within the facility to provide accurate guidance to operational staff
Review and organize incoming documentation, ensuring accuracy of shipment conditions, storage requirements, and supporting records
Support operational activities as a deputy responsible pharmacist when required, in accordance with local regulations
Perform routine internal inspections to ensure compliance with operational and quality standards
Identify and report operational or staffing issues that may impact workflow or compliance
Carry out additional tasks aligned with training and role requirements
Experience & Qualifications
Diploma in a science-related field or equivalent practical experience required
Academic background in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sciences is preferred
Must meet any regulatory or licensing requirements applicable to the country of employment
Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience in a pharmacy or related environment is advantageous
