Position Overview
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering modern software applications using cloud-native technologies and agile development methodologies. The position offers opportunities to work across backend, frontend, mobile, cloud, and AI-related projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain business applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and database-driven applications.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical solution design.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Utilize Git-based development workflows within a collaborative team environment.
• Contribute to cloud-native and containerized application development initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement of development processes through Agile, DevOps, and automation practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of application development experience.
• Hands-on development experience using open-source programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
• Experience developing applications utilizing relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Experience working with application frameworks such as Flask, Express, Spring, or similar technologies.
• Experience working in collaborative software development environments utilizing Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing and implementing consumer-facing or enterprise software solutions.
• UI/UX design and implementation experience.
• Practical experience working in Scrum-based Agile development environments.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Experience developing Kubernetes-based and containerized applications.
• Development experience on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of infrastructure operations, logging, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Front-end development experience using JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks.
• Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Scrum Master.
