About the Role
The Club Lounge Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Club Lounge, ensuring smooth service delivery and consistently high guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for supporting food and beverage service, providing personalized hospitality to VIP guests, and leading the lounge team to deliver premium guest experiences aligned with international hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Club Lounge operations and maintain seamless service standards

  • Support food and beverage preparation and service while ensuring quality compliance

  • Deliver professional and personalized service to VIP guests

  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and issue resolution in a timely manner

  • Assist with VIP guest check-in and check-out procedures

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and gather feedback regarding lounge services and atmosphere

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the lounge

  • Assign and oversee daily tasks for Club Lounge team members

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to maintain high service standards

  • Support related operational duties as required for smooth lounge operations

Requirements

  • Experience in food & beverage service within restaurants, airlines, hotels, or membership lounges, or experience working at a hotel front desk

  • Conversational level English communication skills

  • Strong hospitality mindset and guest-oriented communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a membership lounge or hotel club lounge in a supervisory capacity

  • Experience using the hotel management system OPERA

Working Hours

  • Shift-based schedule

  • 8 working hours per day with 1-hour break

  • Shifts scheduled according to Club Lounge operating hours
