What the job entails
As Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and improving mobile application SDKs for iOS and Android, with a particular focus on BLE/beacon-based location data acquisition. You will also design, build, and optimise AWS-based data pipelines, as well as data processing workflows using Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms.
In the short term, your priority will be to ramp up quickly on existing projects, contribute to stable operations, and help increase development velocity. You will work to identify technical challenges in current systems, propose practical improvements, and implement solutions that improve performance, reliability, and scalability across large-scale data processing environments.
Key requirements / What we look for
3+ years’ software development experience
Strong experience in mobile SDK, backend, or AWS cloud development
Good understanding of API design and data processing
Ability to independently identify and solve technical issues
