Job Summary / Overview

Lead the reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise-wide cloud data infrastructure supporting business, analytics, and AI services. This role also involves leading the SRE team and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SRE team to ensure high availability and stability of data platforms

  • Design and operate data platforms (Data Lake, DWH, ETL/ELT, etc.)

  • Implement observability and monitoring tools

  • Conduct performance tuning and incident management

  • Collaborate with global teams (onshore/offshore)

  • Support AI and digital transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 15+ years of engineering experience

  • 3+ years SRE experience on data platforms (hybrid cloud)

  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Spark, Bash, PowerShell)

  • Experience with monitoring tools (ELK, Grafana, Splunk)

  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

  • Infrastructure knowledge (networking, DNS, security, etc.)

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

  • Native/advanced Japanese + business-level English

応募条件：

  • コンピュータサイエンス等の学士または修士号

  • エンジニア経験15年以上

  • ハイブリッドクラウド環境でのSRE経験3年以上

  • Python、Spark、Bash、PowerShellなどのスクリプトスキル

  • ELK、Grafana、Splunk等の監視ツール経験

  • SQL／NoSQLの知識

  • ネットワーク、DNS、セキュリティ等のインフラ知識
