Overview
A fast-growing AI enablement company is seeking a Data / DX Manager to lead company-wide digital transformation initiatives across corporate functions. The organization supports enterprises in AI adoption and digital transformation, with a strong presence in generative AI and data-driven solutions.
This role focuses on transforming internal operations by implementing data infrastructure, optimizing workflows, and leveraging AI technologies to build a scalable, efficient, and data-driven organization.
Position Summary
The Data / DX Manager will drive internal digital transformation across departments such as HR, accounting, legal, and general affairs. This role involves visualizing and redesigning business processes, implementing AI and automation tools, and leading cross-functional projects to eliminate manual operations and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
DX Strategy & Process Optimization
Lead business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives across corporate functions
Identify inefficiencies and optimize workflows through data-driven insights
Standardize and scale internal operations
Data Integration & Analytics
Integrate data from SaaS platforms and internal systems
Build and manage BI dashboards to monitor KPIs
Enable data-driven decision-making across departments
AI & Automation Implementation
Implement generative AI (LLM) and RPA tools to automate routine tasks
Apply AI solutions to areas such as contract review and accounting processes
Drive adoption of emerging technologies across the organization
Project Management
Lead cross-functional DX projects from planning through execution
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments
Ensure timely delivery and measurable business impact
Training & Enablement
Develop and deliver internal training programs
Promote adoption of new tools, systems, and workflows
Build internal best practices and success cases
Qualifications
Required
Experience leading DX or BPR initiatives within a corporate or consulting environment
Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Proven project management experience across multiple departments
Preferred
Programming skills (e.g., Python)
Experience implementing generative AI or LLM-based solutions
Knowledge of corporate functions such as accounting or HR
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
