Overview
A global creative production organization is seeking a Digital Production Designer to support the localization and delivery of digital campaign assets for a major international technology client.
This role focuses on adapting and producing high-volume digital advertising assets for the Japan market across online, mobile, social media, and DOOH channels. The ideal candidate will combine strong production execution skills with technical knowledge of digital banner workflows, localization processes, and HTML5 asset management.
Working closely with producers, program managers, designers, and external partners, the position requires a highly detail-oriented professional capable of delivering accurate, pixel-perfect assets under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Localize digital campaign assets for the Japan market, including:
Language adaptation
Legal text updates
CTA localization
Market-specific layout adjustments
Adapt static banner assets using Adobe Photoshop
Adapt motion and video-led assets using Adobe After Effects while maintaining brand consistency and technical accuracy
Manage HTML5 banner wrappers, including:
Click tracking setup
Playback behavior
File structure management
Platform specification compliance
Produce and deliver assets across:
Online advertising
Mobile platforms
Social media channels
Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH)
Ensure all deliverables meet technical platform specifications, including:
Standard display formats
Retina display sizing requirements
Conduct quality control checks covering:
Copy accuracy
Layout consistency
Animation timing
Technical specifications
Localization accuracy
Support asset audits and production file management workflows
Maintain organized version control and file handover processes across multiple concurrent projects
Coordinate closely with producers, program managers, designers, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
Requirements
Experience
2–4 years of experience in:
Digital production
Banner localization
Display advertising production
Related digital creative environments
Experience handling high-volume localization workflows across multiple versions, languages, and markets
Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect digital assets under deadline pressure
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe After Effects
Working knowledge of:
HTML5
CSS
Basic JavaScript
Practical experience managing HTML5 banner wrappers including:
Click tag implementation
Spec validation
Basic troubleshooting and QA
Strong understanding of digital asset production across:
Online
Mobile
Social
DOOH platforms
Understanding of:
Retina vs. standard display sizing
Multi-platform technical production requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ad-serving platforms such as:
Innovid
Campaign Manager
Basic experience with Adobe Premiere for video-related asset production
Familiarity with:

Experience supporting:
Master asset audits
File management workflows
Basic motion design sensibility and animation adaptation skills
Language Requirements
Japanese: Business-level proficiency, including reading capability for localization QA
