What the job entails

The F&A Manager for Japan and South Korea serves as the financial steward for the cluster, partnering closely with local leadership to drive business performance, support strategic decisions, and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and corporate standards. This role combines business controlling, financial leadership, and administrative oversight to help the organization make timely, data-driven decisions.

You will monitor performance across customers, channels, and brands; analyze profitability, variances, and investment returns; and provide insights that support sustainable growth. You will also oversee outsourced accounting activities, ensure legal and statutory reporting, and maintain strong relationships with external authorities and internal stakeholders. Working with the General Manager and regional finance leadership, you will help harmonize processes, improve transparency, and support efficiency initiatives.

Key requirements / What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; 5+ years in finance, controlling, or accounting.

  • Strong experience in P&L management, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.

  • Fluent English; Japanese is a plus.

  • Experience in multinational environments and managing outsourced accounting partners.
