What the job entails

As a Finance Audit Team Auditor or Assistant Manager, you will conduct risk-based audits across finance, product development and corporate functions. Working in a small engagement team led by a lead auditor, you will help assess business risks, test controls and documents, investigate issues and contribute to practical improvements.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing audit plans, preparing high-quality Japanese audit documentation, reviewing evidence, assessing and rating findings, preparing discussion papers and supporting the implementation of improvement measures. You will also help ensure engagements are completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

The role offers exposure to an international, American-based audit methodology, as well as opportunities to work with overseas audit teams and engage with senior stakeholders. Training is available in data analytics, artificial intelligence and contemporary audit techniques, alongside support for professional certification and English-language development. The position is based in Kinshicho, with three days per week in the office and the remainder worked remotely.
