Position Overview
This position will serve as a key partner to the executive leadership team, supporting the development of a scalable finance function capable of supporting international growth, omnichannel expansion, investor readiness, and future fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Business Planning
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes.
Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Create scenario planning frameworks covering growth initiatives, hiring plans, inventory management, and market expansion.
Support long-term financial planning across multiple entities and international markets.
Provide financial insights that support business performance and commercial decision-making.
Investor Relations & Fundraising Support
Establish investor-grade financial reporting processes and performance visibility.
Prepare board materials, investor reports, KPI dashboards, and financial analyses.
Support fundraising activities, due diligence preparation, and investor communications.
Assist leadership in strengthening financial governance and operational maturity.
Operational Finance & Process Improvement
Design and implement scalable financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks.
Improve forecasting accuracy, inventory visibility, working capital management, and profitability analysis.
Partner with supply chain, operations, retail, e-commerce, and growth teams to improve business performance.
Introduce financial discipline, reporting cadence, and process standardization across the organization.
Global Business Support
Support multi-entity and multi-currency operations across international markets.
Coordinate with external accounting, tax, audit, and legal advisors.
Contribute to the development and scaling of the finance organization.
Balance governance, operational rigor, and flexibility within a fast-moving business environment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in:
Strategic Finance
FP&A
Corporate Finance
Investment Banking
Private Equity
Venture-backed startups
High-growth consumer businesses
Experience supporting organizations through periods of rapid growth, fundraising, or international expansion.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business planning capabilities.
Experience building financial processes, systems, and infrastructure from the ground up.
Ability to translate financial insights into operational and strategic recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within consumer products, beauty, luxury, retail, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or omnichannel businesses.
Experience working with institutional investors, venture capital firms, or private equity stakeholders.
Familiarity with international business operations and cross-border finance.
Experience supporting scaling organizations through multiple growth stages.
Exposure to inventory-intensive business models and retail operations.
