What the Job Entails
As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will design and deliver AI agent solutions that address complex client challenges. You will work alongside consultants and client stakeholders to understand business processes, test hypotheses rapidly, and move solutions from proof of concept to production.
Your responsibilities will include designing agent architectures, developing prototypes, building production applications, and integrating AI agents with existing systems and workflows. You will contribute across the technology stack, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, and cloud environments. You will also participate in technical client meetings and help establish clear, effective implementation approaches.
Projects may include automating financial documentation and reconciliation, managing pharmaceutical documents, improving search-agent accuracy, or developing enterprise integration architectures. You will also share lessons learned internally and help build the organization’s technical knowledge base.
Key Requirements
At least three years of experience designing and developing web applications using TypeScript, Python, Rust, or a comparable language.
Ability to work across the full application stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure as project needs require.
Practical experience with REST API design, Docker, and modern CI/CD development processes.
Experience building reliable, maintainable applications for business or enterprise users.
Strong technical communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly and professionally to clients and teammates.
Ability to take initiative and make sound progress in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations.
A results-oriented mindset and the ability to use technology to solve genuine client and business problems.
Willingness to work in unfamiliar industries and quickly develop an understanding of new business domains.
Experience with LLM or generative AI application development, AI agent design, or prompt engineering is highly valued.
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems is advantageous.
Technical communication skills in English are a plus.
