Position Summary
A deep-tech company specializing in geospatial and location intelligence solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to support the expansion and stabilization of its platform operations.
The company handles large-scale location data across more than 80 countries and develops advanced services utilizing satellite, smartphone, and transportation-related data.
This position focuses on infrastructure design, system operations, automation, monitoring, and cloud optimization for proprietary AI-based location intelligence products.
Recruitment Background
・Expansion of infrastructure operations to support continued business growth and stable service delivery
Key Responsibilities
・Design, build, and operate network and server infrastructure using AWS
・Manage and maintain Linux-based systems and security operations
・Automate deployments and operational tasks to improve scalability and reduce manual dependency
・Implement monitoring and maintenance systems to improve reliability and service stability
・Optimize and improve systems to reduce AWS operational costs

Requirements
【Required】
・Experience building and operating Linux servers (Ubuntu / CentOS, etc.)
・Experience operating cloud-based systems such as AWS
・Understanding of command-line operations and shell scripting (Bash, etc.)
・Ability to explain technical concepts, architecture decisions, and operational approaches clearly
・Native-level Japanese communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
・Infrastructure and network design experience
・Experience utilizing IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible
・Experience establishing security policies and monitoring systems
・Strong ownership, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
