Overview

A luxury retail organization is seeking a Retail Operations Staff member to support VIP client services within an exclusive members-only lounge environment. This role focuses on delivering high-quality hospitality and maintaining a premium in-store experience.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for welcoming and assisting VIP clients, managing lounge operations, and ensuring a comfortable and well-maintained environment. The role also includes administrative support and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

VIP Client Reception & Support

  • Welcome and guide VIP clients within a members-only lounge

  • Provide attentive and high-quality customer service

Hospitality Services

  • Serve beverages and light refreshments (tea, drinks, snacks)

  • Ensure a comfortable and premium client experience

Facility Management

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge space

  • Ensure overall presentation meets brand standards

Administrative Support

  • Assist with simple data entry, reporting, and basic documentation

  • Support daily operational tasks as needed

Inventory Management

  • Manage stock of supplies, including beverages and consumables

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment

Work Conditions

  • Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) required

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of presentation

  • Basic PC skills (data entry, simple reporting)

Preferred

  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or luxury service environments

  • Experience handling VIP or high-end clientele
