Overview

A rapidly growing technology company operating across marketing technology, SaaS, and AI is seeking a Head of Mid-Career Recruitment to lead talent acquisition strategy and execution during a period of continued expansion.

This role will be responsible for designing and implementing company-wide recruitment initiatives, partnering closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to attract top talent across a wide range of functions. The position offers significant visibility within the organization and plays a critical role in supporting business growth, organizational development, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute mid-career recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth plans

  • Lead workforce planning initiatives and talent acquisition programs across multiple business functions

  • Drive recruitment process improvements, operational efficiency, and best practices throughout the hiring lifecycle

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop hiring strategies

  • Lead company-wide talent acquisition projects and cross-functional initiatives

  • Analyze recruitment performance metrics and provide regular updates and recommendations to management

  • Manage and develop the mid-career recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of hiring goals

  • Build scalable recruitment processes and strengthen organizational knowledge management

  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address workforce challenges and support organizational growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading end-to-end mid-career recruitment strategy and execution

  • Minimum 1 year of people management experience

  • Strong experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers

  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience developing and implementing recruitment processes and talent acquisition initiatives

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruitment experience within the technology, SaaS, software, or digital industries

  • Experience supporting organizations through rapid headcount growth

  • Experience recruiting international talent and supporting global hiring initiatives

  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing trends and talent acquisition best practices

  • Expertise in hiring for specific functions such as engineering, business, sales, or corporate roles

  • Experience working in high-growth or venture-backed environments

Work Style

  • Primarily office-based with one remote workday per week available

  • Flexible working hours with start and finish times adjustable by up to two hours

  • Standard working hours: 10:00–19:00
