What the job entails
As an HR Operations Analyst, you will support the efficient delivery of day-to-day human resources processes for the organisation’s employees in Japan. Working onsite in Chiyoda City, Tokyo, you will help maintain accurate employee data, coordinate HR administration and respond to enquiries from employees and managers.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and HR colleagues to ensure processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies. Responsibilities are likely to include preparing reports, maintaining documentation, supporting employee lifecycle activities and identifying opportunities to improve operational workflows.
This temporary position is suited to an organised and dependable HR professional who enjoys working with data, systems and people, and who can manage confidential information with discretion.
Key requirements
Experience in HR operations, human resources administration, personnel administration or a related business support role.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
Experience maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential information professionally.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and document-management tools.
Confidence working with HR systems, databases and operational processes.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers and HR colleagues.
A practical, service-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely support.
Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues and follow through to resolution.
Professional fluency in English and Japanese.
Availability to work onsite in Chiyoda City, Tokyo, for the duration of the temporary assignment.
