【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Acts as a Business Partner for people leaders, offering strategic guidance and support across various HR functions.
Drives employee engagement by coaching leaders, analyzing engagement data, and implementing initiatives to boost inclusion, retention, and productivity.
Promotes Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) by collaborating with leaders and COEs to create inclusive environments and advance equity in HR processes.
Provides performance management consultation, assisting leaders with goal setting, feedback, and the performance improvement process.
Supports employee relations by advising on HR policies and coaching managers through workplace issues, working closely with ER COE on investigations when needed.
Exhibits expertise in workforce planning, helping leaders anticipate talent needs, align plans with business strategies, and optimize resource allocation.
Builds manager capability in talent management by coaching on talent selection, development planning, and delivering training programs in partnership with the COE and TA organizations.
【REQUIREMENTS】
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management function or other relevant experience
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
Leads others to solve complex people and organization problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions
Demonstrated impact across a range of clients, business operations and leading cross-functional projects, managing moderate risk, resources and complexity; has delivered results, letting broad guidelines and policies as a guide but using critical thinking skills to make decisions.
Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with leaders to adopt a different point of view
Leverages data to make decisions.
Fluent in Japanese and English
