Position: Integrated Designer

Role Overview
A global creative services organization is seeking an Integrated Designer to support a major international client within the financial services sector. This role involves delivering high-quality design work across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency with brand and creative guidelines.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce both digital and print materials, maintaining a strong focus on design quality, accuracy, and brand alignment. Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
Create and deliver a wide range of design assets across digital and print channels
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs
Collaborate with project managers, designers, developers, and production teams across multiple regions
Design and produce materials such as websites, digital campaigns, email communications, banners, and e-learning content
Develop print materials including brochures, posters, event collateral, and promotional assets
Translate marketing concepts into compelling visual designs
Prepare layout concepts, including typography, imagery, and overall visual structure
Present ideas and design solutions to stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations
Support projects throughout all stages, from concept development to final production and delivery
Produce production-ready files for both digital and print use
Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines
Apply creative thinking to solve business and marketing challenges
Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of experience in areas such as digital design, print design, motion graphics, web design, UX/UI, or production
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and standard office software
Strong creative and visual design skills with attention to detail
Ability to translate marketing objectives into high-quality visual outputs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
Ability to understand requirements and deliver work aligned with stakeholder expectations
Interest in emerging technologies, including AI, and willingness to learn and apply new tools
Work Environment
