Position Overview
A Japan-based interior design studio specializing in international luxury retail, hospitality, and boutique projects is seeking Interior Designers and FFE Designers to support its growing hospitality portfolio. The company has recently expanded its hospitality practice through high-end hotel projects in Japan and overseas and is currently experiencing strong demand for hotel-focused design work.
The studio’s design philosophy emphasizes iconic brand expression, refined spatial quality, and highly original concepts tailored to the architectural characteristics of each property.
Main Responsibilities
• Participate in hospitality interior design projects from concept development through project completion
• Support space planning, zoning, concept design, and detailed drawing production
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout project execution
• Contribute to material selection, FF&E coordination, and design presentation preparation
• Collaborate closely with internal design teams on high-end hotel and hospitality projects
• Ensure design quality, brand consistency, and project timelines are maintained
Position Levels
Assistant Designer
• Minimum 2–3 years of hospitality design experience
• Ability to prepare drawings and support material sourcing
• Approximate annual salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥6,000,000
Designer
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of hotel design projects
• Approximate annual salary: ¥6,000,000 and above
Senior Designer
• Ability to lead projects and support project management responsibilities
• Approximate annual salary: ¥8,000,000 and above
FFE Designer
• Responsible for furniture, fixture, equipment, and material selection coordination
Requirements
• Experience in hospitality interior design, hotel projects, or luxury commercial spaces
• Proficiency in design development, drawing production, and spatial coordination
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and material quality
• Experience working on international or luxury projects is preferred
Working Conditions
• Employment Type: Full-time employee (first-year fixed-term contract)
• Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
• Working Style: Primarily office-based with flexible remote work arrangements depending on project requirements and personal circumstances
• Working Hours: Discretionary labor system (reference hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
• Average Overtime: Approximately 20–30 hours per month

Assistant Designer
• ホスピタリティデザイン経験2〜3年以上
• 図面作成やマテリアル選定対応が可能な方
• 想定年収：400万円〜600万円
Designer
• ホテル案件を一通り担当した経験をお持ちの方
• 想定年収：600万円以上
Senior Designer
• プロジェクトマネジメント業務にも対応可能な方
• 想定年収：800万円以上
FFE Designer
• 家具・マテリアル・FFE関連業務を担当
応募要件
• ホスピタリティ、ホテル、またはラグジュアリー空間のデザイン経験
• 空間設計、図面作成、デザイン開発の実務経験
• クライアントや外部パートナーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力
• ディテールや素材感に対する高いデザイン感度
• 国際案件や高級案件の経験があれば歓迎
