What the job entails
As an Investment Group Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to an investment group, helping ensure that daily activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating calendars, arranging meetings, preparing documents, managing correspondence and supporting the accurate flow of information across the team. You will handle sensitive business information and must demonstrate professionalism, discretion and strong attention to detail.
The role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, build effective working relationships, anticipate administrative needs and respond promptly to changing requirements. This is a temporary, onsite position based in Chiyoda City, Tokyo.
Key requirements
Previous experience in an administrative, executive assistant, team assistant or comparable support role.
Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Professional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Proven discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Proficiency with standard office and document-management tools, including Microsoft Office.
A reliable, calm and independent working style, combined with a collaborative approach.
The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels.
Availability for temporary, onsite work in Tokyo.
Availability to start from 1 September.
