Role Overview
This position focuses on network engineering services for enterprise clients, covering both project-based implementation and ongoing operations.
The role involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design, build, and maintain network infrastructure while ensuring stable and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement network infrastructure based on client requirements
- Provide network operations and maintenance support (incident, change, and request handling)
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform system improvements
- Handle routine operational tasks and support activities
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders at the operational level
- Support ongoing infrastructure optimization and stability
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- L2/L3 network devices (switches, routers) including VLAN, STP, SVI, HSRP, routing
- Firewall configuration and operations (policies, NAT, HA, routing)
- Proxy operations (policy management, log analysis, whitelist management)
- VPN configuration and operations (policy setup, monitoring, troubleshooting)
- Japanese: Business to native level (N1 equivalent)
- English: Basic level (comfortable working environment preferred)

- VPN機器の構築・運用経験
