Role Overview
Join a leading Life Science sales team in Japan consisting of:
1 Senior Manager
2 Associate Managers
9 Sales Representatives
Support business growth and customer engagement within the Japanese Life Science market
Work closely with internal stakeholders and local distributors to execute sales strategies
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while improving customer satisfaction
Promote and sell products and services within the assigned territory
Achieve or exceed sales targets using established sales tools and processes
Manage territory planning and product portfolio positioning
Identify opportunities and engage with key decision-makers
Execute strategic sales initiatives across assigned accounts
Partner with local distributors to achieve annual sales objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Foundational knowledge gained through university-level education
Minimum 3 years of corporate/B2B sales experience
