  • Title: Account Manager, Life Science Sales Japan

  • Reporting To: LS Sales Manager

  • Location: Tokyo or Osaka, Japan (on-site)

Role Overview

  • Join a leading Life Science sales team in Japan consisting of:

    • 1 Senior Manager

    • 2 Associate Managers

    • 9 Sales Representatives

  • Support business growth and customer engagement within the Japanese Life Science market

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and local distributors to execute sales strategies

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while improving customer satisfaction

  • Promote and sell products and services within the assigned territory

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets using established sales tools and processes

  • Manage territory planning and product portfolio positioning

  • Identify opportunities and engage with key decision-makers

  • Execute strategic sales initiatives across assigned accounts

  • Partner with local distributors to achieve annual sales objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

  • Foundational knowledge gained through university-level education

  • Minimum 3 years of corporate/B2B sales experience
