Overview
  • We are seeking a Luxury Sales Manager to drive growth of premium products within the Japanese market, focusing on high-end clientele and on-premise channels

  • This role is responsible for developing strategic relationships, executing sales initiatives, and enhancing brand presence within the luxury segment

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, hospitality professionals, and key industry stakeholders

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand presence in luxury and premium on-premise channels

  • Achieve annual sales targets and manage performance metrics (KPIs)

  • Plan and host premium events such as tastings, private dinners, and exclusive brand experiences

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning

  • Manage inventory planning, pricing strategies, and promotional materials

  • Identify new business opportunities across luxury and premium channels

  • Strengthen partnerships with distributors and key accounts to drive sales performance

  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and commercial terms

  • Introduce new premium products to the market through tailored client engagement strategies

  • Drive brand education initiatives to increase awareness and product knowledge

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure alignment with brand standards and performance goals

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the wine, beverage, or luxury hospitality industry

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or key account management

  • Experience working with high-end clients, fine dining, or luxury hotel environments preferred

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives without direct authority

  • Solid business acumen and understanding of commercial strategies

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong presentation, training, and coaching capabilities
