This role focuses on driving change management within the regional marketing organization by improving operational processes, increasing transparency, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with regional and local marketing teams to improve workflows, drive strategic initiatives, and elevate overall brand presence across the market.
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will evaluate existing marketing operations, identify organizational challenges and bottlenecks, and develop actionable roadmaps to improve productivity, consistency, and execution quality across regional marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Transformation & Change Management
Assess existing marketing workflows, operational structures, and execution processes across Asia markets
Identify inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks within marketing teams
Develop and implement process improvement roadmaps with clear milestones and timelines
Drive organizational transparency and operational consistency across regional and local teams
Collaborate closely with country marketing teams and regional stakeholders to improve productivity and execution quality
Establish documentation standards and knowledge-sharing frameworks across the marketing organization
Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives
Continuously monitor progress and recommend adjustments when necessary
Regional Marketing & Brand Activation
Plan and execute sports, music, gaming, and lifestyle-related events aligned with key target audiences
Strengthen brand presence across local and regional cultural scenes
Build and maintain relationships with influential partners, creators, athletes, artists, and industry stakeholders
Generate innovative activation ideas that authentically represent the brand identity
Share field insights and consumer learnings with broader marketing teams
Maximize media exposure and commercial impact through integration of global, regional, and local initiatives
Ensure proper brand identity and logo usage across campaigns and events in alignment with brand guidelines
Execute product sampling and experiential marketing initiatives at major events
Commercial & Promotional Support
Support sales-driving promotional campaigns and activation initiatives
Manage promotional inventory and logistics coordination
Collaborate with licensing and apparel teams on merchandise and promotional material selection for international markets
Manage country allocations and quarterly execution timelines for promotional items
Social Media & Community Growth
Support growth of brand communities and audience engagement across platforms including:

Leverage cultural and event-driven marketing initiatives to increase visibility and engagement
Business Impact
Drive initiatives linked to short- and mid-term business objectives with a 6–12 month planning horizon
