What the job entails

This role supports marketing activities in Japan with a strong focus on project coordination, events, and channel support. You will help execute brand and marketing initiatives by working closely with Sales, Product, Technical, Supply Chain, and global marketing teams to keep projects on track and aligned with business priorities.

You will also plan and deliver seminars, customer events, training sessions, product launches, and major exhibitions, including coordination with vendors and organizers. In addition, you will support localized content development for the Japanese market, such as press releases, brochures, social media content, and case studies. The role also includes channel marketing support, market intelligence gathering, and regular reporting on campaign and event performance. Key requirements / What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or exhibition management; renewable energy or solar experience is a plus

  • Strong project execution and cross-functional communication skills

  • Experience supporting events, exhibitions, vendor coordination, and post-event review

  • Strong copywriting and content development skills for B2B marketing

  • Japanese native or business-level; English business communication required; Chinese is a plus
