What the job entails
As New Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth with a major enterprise e-commerce client while identifying new markets where the company’s protection and service solutions can create value. You will understand client needs, develop business strategies, create value-added proposals, and lead initiatives from planning through launch and ongoing operations.
Working closely with senior leadership and teams across IT, operations, customer support, supply chain, and finance, you will build scalable operating models that support sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing SLAs and KPIs, overseeing risk and financial performance, improving quality and customer satisfaction, and leading cross-functional programs.
This role combines strategic business development with hands-on operational leadership. You will influence profitability and service performance through data-driven decision-making, process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Key requirements
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple projects and significant annual budgets.
Proven ability to develop business strategies, client proposals, and plans for new services or market opportunities.
Experience managing enterprise client relationships and identifying opportunities for partnership growth.
Strong knowledge of SLA and KPI design, performance management, quality assurance, and operational process improvement.
Experience coordinating teams across IT, operations, customer support, supply chain, finance, and other business functions.
Knowledge of risk management, compliance, audit processes, contingency planning, and resource allocation.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management, profitability improvement, P&L oversight, and data analysis.
A structured, analytical, and customer-focused approach to decision-making.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to operational detail and execution.
Experience launching subscription-based services, managing large-scale operations or supply chains, or working with operational systems is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM requirements gathering or system, user interface, and user experience design is a plus.
