About the company

We are a global robotics company focused on automating “tough,” “dirty,” and “dangerous” work so people can spend more time on intelligent and creative challenges. Guided by an empathy-driven culture, the company develops advanced robotics platforms and robot solutions powered by control technology and AI, while also supporting deployment and day-to-day operations for customers.

The organization is growing steadily, with a multinational team and operations across multiple regions. It brings together engineers, data specialists, and customer-facing teams to deliver practical automation solutions that improve productivity, reliability, and customer outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, international, and mission-driven, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What the job entails

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring customer success and operational excellence across live customer sites. This role leads field engineering and coordinates closely with external partners, support teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service levels, respond quickly to issues, and keep operations running 24/365. A key part of the job is building best practices, managing shifts and performance, and optimizing resource allocation to balance quality and cost.

You will also drive data-informed operations by working with business analysts and data engineers to identify bottlenecks, monitor site KPIs, and improve productivity. In addition, you will help create business opportunities by spotting expansion or upsell needs, support vendor strategy and cost optimization, and oversee the transition from project delivery into stable operations.
