Position Summary
The Sales Representative / Territory Manager will own the assigned territory, managing customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and supporting clinical use of products. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on customer engagement, including product demonstrations and on-site support.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management & Strategy
Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with overall company strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Propose sales strategies and targets based on data and insights
Sales & Business Development
Achieve sales targets (revenue and units) within the assigned territory
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Maintain strong presence through customer visits, conferences, and industry events
Product & Clinical Support
Build strong technical knowledge of products
Support clinical cases, deliver demonstrations, and provide on-site assistance
Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals
Customer Engagement & Reporting
Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and customer presentations
Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders
Submit timely reports including sales performance, expenses, and account updates
Budget & Operations Management
Manage territory budget and expenses effectively
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or related field)
Proven ability to drive sales growth and execute commercial strategies
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards

Experience in the medical device industry
Experience in territory sales or field-based roles
Strong technical or clinical product knowledge
