Position Summary
A rapidly growing AI and robotics technology company is seeking a Presales / Enterprise Sales professional to support large-scale DX initiatives across Japan’s core industries, including manufacturing, construction, and logistics.
The role focuses on engaging with executive-level stakeholders at major enterprises to identify underlying business challenges and shape strategic digital transformation opportunities. Rather than traditional product sales, this position emphasizes consultative and solution-based engagement leveraging advanced AI and robotics technologies.
The company has experienced significant expansion since its founding and continues to scale aggressively within the AI, DX, and industrial technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
・Lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and management teams at enterprise clients
・Identify underlying business and operational challenges using hypothesis-driven and consultative approaches
・Develop high-quality business opportunities and transition projects to consulting and delivery teams
・Understand client business strategies and coordinate multi-level stakeholder engagement
・Collaborate internally with consulting, strategy, and solution development teams
・Provide market feedback and customer insights to support business strategy and product development
・Support DX initiatives related to AI, robotics, automation, and operational transformation

Requirements
【Required】
・3+ years of B2B corporate sales experience
・Experience managing KPIs/KGIs and driving results through the PDCA cycle
・Experience identifying customer issues and proposing customized solutions
・Strong interest in AI, robotics, and emerging technologies
・High learning agility and intellectual curiosity
【Preferred】
・Experience in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or industrial sectors
・Experience at SIers, IT consulting firms, or strategy consulting firms
・Pre-sales or technical requirements definition experience
・Strong new business development / enterprise hunting experience
