A global healthcare organization specializing in medical technologies and clinical solutions is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support growth within the Advanced Wound Care business. The company operates across multiple healthcare segments and partners closely with hospitals, clinicians, and healthcare providers to deliver innovative patient care solutions in Japan and globally.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead strategic marketing initiatives within the advanced wound care portfolio, focusing on disease-state understanding, portfolio strategy, and commercial growth. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, supply chain, and regional/global stakeholders to drive market expansion and successful commercialization activities.

The position combines strategic planning, customer engagement, clinical collaboration, and business execution within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies based on disease-state insights, customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning

  • Build and manage mid- to long-term strategic plans while continuously optimizing initiatives through market analysis and sales performance data

  • Drive commercial growth through customer-focused programs, portfolio-based initiatives, and sales enablement activities

  • Partner closely with sales and field teams to strengthen execution quality and improve customer engagement

  • Lead branding and market development initiatives to increase product awareness, positioning, and market penetration

  • Support pricing strategy implementation, demand forecasting, and collaboration with supply chain and regional stakeholders to ensure operational continuity

  • Support scientific engagement and clinical evaluation initiatives in collaboration with healthcare professionals and medical stakeholders

  • Contribute to reimbursement and market access related initiatives within the Japanese healthcare environment

  • Serve as a key liaison between Japan and global teams by sharing local market insights, customer feedback, and commercial opportunities

  • Adapt global marketing initiatives to align with local market dynamics and customer requirements

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders

  • Establish effective feedback mechanisms between field teams and internal stakeholders to improve commercial effectiveness and customer value delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field

  • Business-level English communication skills

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience within the healthcare or medical device industry

  • At least 2 years of product marketing experience

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of the Japanese healthcare market and reimbursement environment

  • Experience in advanced wound care, surgical products, or related clinical areas

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulated healthcare environments
