Sales Account Manager (Japan Market)
Overview
  • We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead and develop key customer partnerships within the Japan market

  • This role focuses on driving revenue growth, executing commercial strategies, and managing relationships with retail or distribution partners

  • The position plays a critical role in delivering business targets through strategic planning and collaboration

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive achievement of key commercial KPIs including sales volume, revenue, and profitability

  • Lead negotiations with customers across pricing, promotions, and product assortment

  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with customer and company objectives

  • Conduct category reviews and collaborate with marketing teams to align on strategy
