Overview
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead and develop key customer partnerships within the Japan market
This role focuses on driving revenue growth, executing commercial strategies, and managing relationships with retail or distribution partners
The position plays a critical role in delivering business targets through strategic planning and collaboration
Key Responsibilities
Drive achievement of key commercial KPIs including sales volume, revenue, and profitability
Lead negotiations with customers across pricing, promotions, and product assortment
Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with customer and company objectives
Conduct category reviews and collaborate with marketing teams to align on strategy
Plan and manage promotional and trade marketing activities, ensuring ROI optimization
Identify business opportunities and prioritize growth initiatives within key accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners across multiple levels
Collaborate internally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams

Candidate Requirements
Experience
Extensive experience in sales, key account management, or distributor management within a multinational consumer goods environment
Experience in the food or related industry preferred
