Sales Manager – Flexible Workspace

Overview

A rapidly growing flexible workspace provider operating across major APAC cities is seeking a Sales Manager to support business growth and client acquisition in Osaka. The company provides premium coworking and serviced office solutions designed to support flexible and collaborative working environments for businesses of various sizes.

This role will focus on driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth within the flexible workspace and commercial office solutions industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, client presentations, negotiations, and contract closing

  • Acquire new clients and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets

  • Conduct client tours and propose customized workspace solutions based on customer requirements

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to support retention and referrals

  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

  • Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies, customer experience, and operational efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regional teams to support business objectives

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, leasing, or other client-facing commercial roles

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully closing deals

  • Native-level Japanese and conversational-level English communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within coworking, serviced office, hospitality, real estate, or flexible workspace industries

  • Experience working in an international or regional business environment
