A globally growing medical device company specializing in orthopedic technologies and minimally invasive surgical solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to support business expansion across the Kansai region. The organization is focused on product innovation, physician education, and improving patient outcomes through advanced orthopedic solutions.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative will partner closely with the District Manager to drive regional sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and support the growth of orthopedic product adoption within healthcare institutions across Kansai. This role combines strategic sales execution, clinical product education, and account management within a highly regulated medical device environment.
Main Responsibilities
Execute customer-focused sales plans to achieve revenue and budget objectives across the Kansai region
Support the development, implementation, and optimization of regional sales strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key accounts
Provide regular business updates to management regarding:
Performance of new and existing products
Customer activities and account developments
Competitive landscape insights
Market trends and regional business challenges
Prepare and manage sales-related documentation and internal administrative processes
Educate healthcare professionals on appropriate product usage, clinical applications, and procedural benefits
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support commercial and operational objectives
Support additional business initiatives and projects assigned by management
Ensure compliance with medical industry regulations, company policies, and healthcare compliance standards
Qualifications
Experience within medical device sales, healthcare sales, or related commercial roles preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with healthcare professionals
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize business opportunities effectively
Strong presentation and product education capabilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams
Strong organizational and reporting skills
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within orthopedic, surgical, or minimally invasive medical device fields
Knowledge of hospital sales processes and healthcare industry practices
Experience supporting physicians within operating room or clinical environments
Understanding of compliance standards within the medical device industry
