Job Title: Social & Community Marketing Associate (Men’s Segment)

Role Overview
This role focuses on strengthening a global lifestyle brand’s digital presence and building an engaged community targeting male consumers.
The position combines social media expertise with community-building strategies to enhance brand storytelling, deepen customer engagement, and drive brand affinity. Insights gathered from the community will be leveraged to support broader marketing initiatives and increase brand awareness.
The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, communications, and sales channels, to deliver impactful campaigns tailored to a fashion-conscious male audience.
Key Responsibilities
Community Building & Engagement
Develop and nurture a brand-aligned community through engagement with influencers, creators, and key opinion leaders
Build relationships with culturally relevant figures and media in collaboration with PR and social teams
Drive initiatives that strengthen brand loyalty and advocacy
Brand Communication
Plan and execute communication strategies tailored to the men’s segment across various channels
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints through collaboration with internal teams
Insights & Strategy
Monitor cultural trends and consumer behavior related to male audiences
Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
Track and analyze brand awareness and sentiment, recommending improvements

Community Engagement (approx. 35%): Expand brand reach through relationship building and community initiatives
Content Creation (approx. 30%): Develop and manage engaging, brand-aligned content
Social Media Optimization (approx. 15%): Analyze performance and refine engagement strategies
Sales Channel Support (approx. 10%): Support growth initiatives while maintaining brand consistency
Product & Go-to-Market Support (approx. 10%): Assist in product-related planning and launch activities
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (or higher)
Experience & Skills
At least 2 years of experience in fashion, sports, lifestyle, or related industries
Experience working across multiple teams; international exposure is a plus
Basic understanding of marketing and PR principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good awareness of cultural trends and consumer behavior
Native-level Japanese and basic English proficiency
