This role focuses on building and maintaining backend systems for a new business initiative, contributing to scalable and high-quality product development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and operate backend systems for web applications
Plan and implement new features and enhancements
Perform domain and data modeling aligned with long-term product vision
Design system architecture balancing scalability, quality, and speed
Improve development productivity through automation, tooling, and CI/CD
Establish efficient workflows and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
Mentor and support team members when needed

Requirements
3+ years of software development experience
3+ years of experience with at least one programming language
Experience improving code quality and team productivity
Experience in technology selection, implementation, and maintenance
Business-level Japanese proficiency (N1 equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with large-scale or complex systems
Knowledge of domain-driven design or clean architecture
Experience with container technologies (e.g., Docker)
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
Knowledge of web security and software architecture patterns
Frontend development experience (React, Vue, etc.)

ソフトウェア開発経験3年以上
