Overview
A global retail and lifestyle brand is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive commercial performance, and lead a customer-focused retail team.
This role is responsible for sales leadership, operational management, team development, visual merchandising execution, and ensuring an elevated customer experience aligned with brand standards.
Position Summary
The Store Manager will lead store operations while managing sales performance, inventory control, staff development, and operational compliance. The role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high operational standards across all aspects of the retail environment.

Supervises: Sales Staff / Senior Staff
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Performance
Drive store sales performance and achieve or exceed business targets
Motivate and coach team members to maximize individual and team sales results
Build long-term customer relationships to support repeat business and client retention
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and brand experience
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Develop and maintain a customer-focused sales culture
Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of retail talent
Train and develop team members to strengthen selling skills and product knowledge
Foster a positive and performance-driven team environment
Store Operations
Ensure smooth daily store operations and compliance with company standards
Maintain store presentation standards including cleanliness, signage, promotions, and floor setup
Ensure compliance with policies related to customer service, safety, loss prevention, and HR procedures
Submit sales reports and expense documentation accurately and on time
Visual Merchandising
Oversee impactful visual merchandising and product display execution
Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with brand standards and supports sales growth
Maintain a customer-centric retail environment
Inventory & Stock Management
Manage inventory accurately and ensure proper merchandise storage and handling
Monitor goods deliveries and report discrepancies in accordance with company procedures
Conduct stock control activities and ensure daily inventory accuracy
Safeguard merchandise against theft and minimize stock damage
Conduct monthly stock takes and report discrepancies to finance and head office teams
Qualifications
Required
Experience in retail store management within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer retail industries
Strong sales leadership and customer service capabilities
Experience managing retail operations and inventory control
Team leadership and staff development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
Preferred
Experience within international or premium retail brands
Visual merchandising experience
Knowledge of retail compliance and operational standards
Experience managing KPIs, reporting, and store profitability
