What the job entails
As part of the Strategic Customer Success team, you will help customers address complex challenges and achieve value from contract review AI solutions. You will understand client needs, structure effective solutions and support customer negotiations.
The role involves managing projects with multiple stakeholders, communicating complex topics clearly and concisely, and adapting your approach to different audiences. You will be expected to prioritise independently, make decisions in uncertain environments and move projects forward with agility.
Based in Tokyo, you will work in a hybrid environment and collaborate on customer-focused initiatives at the intersection of legal services, technology and artificial intelligence.
Key requirements
Experience structuring and solving customer challenges, including client negotiations.
A proven track record of managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
The ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely, adapting communication to the audience’s level of understanding.
Strong self-driven prioritisation and decision-making skills in uncertain environments.
Agile decision-making capabilities and the ability to advance projects effectively.
An interest in, or practical experience with, artificial intelligence and generative AI applications.
Based in Tokyo, Japan, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
