Position Overview
This position is responsible for leading end-to-end project and product management activities across co-creation initiatives with large enterprises, government organizations, and internal venture projects.
The role combines business strategy, stakeholder management, technology leadership, and AI-driven innovation, requiring close collaboration with executives, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirement definition workshops with business, IT, and end-user stakeholders to transform ambiguous ideas and hypotheses into actionable product and system requirements.
• Drive project delivery activities including system design oversight, backlog management, sprint planning, acceptance criteria definition, quality assurance, release planning, and operational readiness.
• Manage product development initiatives using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Define and review product experience and UI/UX strategies in collaboration with design teams.
• Build alignment among executives, clients, vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, procurement activities, and overall cost control.
• Lead technology-driven transformation initiatives involving digital products, business platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support business growth through strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, System Development Management, or related roles.
• Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and propose solutions.
• Proven track record of leading planning, development, and operation of digital products, platforms, or business systems.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience utilizing Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) within business operations or product development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience leading AI-driven development initiatives.
• Project Manager or Product Manager experience within consulting firms, system integrators, or technology companies.
• Experience managing large-scale business transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Cloud migration project experience.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments.
• Experience utilizing prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, wireframes, mockups, or proof-of-concepts to accelerate stakeholder alignment.
