-Develop the country sales strategy, direction, and tone for driving incremental growth in Japan’s Enterprise vertical
-Apply both tactical and strategic go-to-market models aimed at growing the customer base both in the short and long terms to drive healthy revenues, customer growth, and customer satisfaction and retention.
-Develop new and incremental business including penetrating strategic new logos, selling transformation technology in existing accounts, and striking large and complex deals in partnership with area leaders, sales, sales engineers, and services.
-Background in Enterprise sales and management with at least 8-10 years of progressive sales leadership roles
-Relationship with Executive levels of Enterprise business segment in Manufacturing, Retail, and in general with Top Enterprise Companies in Japan.
-Relationship with Top SI companies in Enterprise Space
-Fluent in both Japanese and English
