-Create a system that further accelerates MiiTel's inside sales (BDR)
-Select target customers, mainly middle/enterprise customers, and create leads for new development.
-Construct and implement strategic strategies using ABM.
-Conduct research using sales tools, organizing data, operating tools, etc.
-Manage the KPIs of members, train them, and promote them.
-Business experience as an inside sales (SDR) for solution sales and management work experience of 1 year or more
-Knowledge of Salesforce products
-Operational experience of 1 year or more
-Excel/Spreadsheet aggregation work experience of 1 year or more
-SaaS / IT / Understand how the sales or sales support department works for services that handle technology
-Can execute KGI and KPI design in the sales department with high resolution
