Position: Account Manager (IT Solutions – Hospitality Sector)

Role Overview
This is a client-facing sales role responsible for driving solution-based sales to hospitality clients. You will manage the full sales lifecycle—from understanding customer needs to proposal development, contract negotiation, and implementation support.
The position involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects and contribute to both business growth and product development feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Sales & Client Engagement
Identify and approach potential clients through multiple channels (events, inbound leads, outbound outreach)
Understand client challenges and requirements
Design and present tailored proposals using a range of digital and AI-driven solutions
End-to-End Sales Management
Manage the full process from proposal through contract and implementation
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth delivery
Product & Business Development Support
Contribute to the promotion of new products and services
Provide customer feedback to internal teams to support product improvement
Participate in validating and refining new offerings
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with customer success and product teams
Improve sales materials, workflows, and internal processes
Share insights and best practices within the team
Required Qualifications
Approximately 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
Experience in solution-based sales, particularly for intangible or IT-related products
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from needs analysis to contract closure
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Native-level Japanese proficiency
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT solutions sales
Experience in the hospitality, travel, or service industries
Involvement in launching new products or business initiatives
Team leadership or mentoring experience
Experience in lead generation or marketing-related activities
