About the Role
As an AI / LLM Engineer within the DX Solution Business Division, you will lead the development and evaluation of AI algorithms, LLM-powered systems, and AI agents while participating in the full lifecycle from research and implementation through production deployment.
This role focuses on applying cutting-edge AI technologies to real-world industrial problems, including information retrieval, AI agents, and enterprise AI service development. You will also contribute to improving operational efficiency through LLMOps initiatives and AI development tooling.
The position offers exposure beyond pure engineering, including collaboration with clients, consulting discussions, project planning, and broader business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate information retrieval and extraction algorithms using LLMs
Design and implement AI agents utilizing LLM technologies
Develop enterprise services powered by LLMs and AI systems
Improve and optimize LLM operational workflows using LLMOps tools
Collaborate across engineering and business teams to solve complex industry-specific problems
Participate in architecture discussions, implementation planning, and technical decision-making
Contribute to AI-driven product innovation for enterprise DX initiatives

Required Qualifications
Practical experience in algorithm development using LLMs
Practical experience developing services utilizing LLM technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing web applications
Experience participating in competitive programming or competitions such as AtCoder or Kaggle
Experience preparing technical documentation or delivering presentations related to algorithm development or research results
Salary
Expected annual salary: JPY 8,000,000 – 12,000,000
Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and current salary
Bonus paid twice per year
Fixed overtime allowance included for 45 hours/month
Additional overtime paid separately
Trial period: 3 months (no change to conditions)
