What the job entails
As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing logistics real estate investments and supporting the performance of the portfolio. The role covers core asset management activities such as annual business planning, budget control, cash flow analysis, market analysis, valuation review, and regular reporting to investors and lenders.
You will also help manage relationships with external partners, including investors, lenders, brokers, and other counterparties, while supporting lease-related and tenant-facing matters as needed. The position offers exposure to large-scale transactions and portfolio operations in a growing business, with room to take ownership and work directly with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
Key requirements / What we look for
Experience in real estate asset management, investment, brokerage, or finance [suggestion]
