What the job entails

This Asset Manager role sits within the Investment Management organization and is responsible for the day-to-day management of real estate assets across logistics, data centers, offices, residential, hotels, and other property types. The role supports both projects under development and stabilized assets after completion.

You will create and execute business plans, monitor investment performance, and prepare reporting for investors and lenders. The position also requires close coordination with internal teams and external counterparties, including lease documentation, closing activities, and broader asset management work. Success in this role depends on strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across stakeholders to protect and improve asset performance.

Key requirements / What we look for
  • Real estate asset management experience: 3+ years for Analyst, 3–10 years for Associate/VP, 8+ years for Senior Associate

  • Licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialist required

  • Business-level English preferred

  • Real Estate Securitization Master and Certified Real Estate Appraiser preferred

  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder coordination skills
