What the job entails
As a Business Analyst, you will help translate business needs into clear, practical solutions that support successful change and continuous improvement. Working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams, you will analyse processes, identify opportunities and ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating discussions, analysing business processes, and defining clear outcomes for projects and initiatives. You will work across teams to clarify priorities, identify risks and dependencies, and support the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key requirements
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a comparable analytical, consulting or business transformation role.
Strong ability to gather, analyse and clearly document business and functional requirements.
Experience mapping processes, identifying improvement opportunities and translating business needs into practical solutions.
Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, supported by a structured and detail-oriented approach.
Confidence facilitating workshops, interviews or requirement-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities and contribute effectively within a collaborative, project-based environment.
Strong written and spoken English; Japanese-language capability would be valuable for working effectively with local stakeholders.
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in business analysis, information systems, technology, operations or a related discipline.
