  • Explore and execute strategic partnerships. This includes partner identification, screening, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and closing.

  • Manage communication and alignment with key internal stakeholders to support effective decision making and approval processes.

  • Develop strong network with industry Key Opinion Leaders, our customers and partners who will be the ambassador of the new business scheme.

  • Closely collaborate with internal / external stakeholder to develop robust operating mechanism for sustainable new business growth. Provide training as needed.

  • Facilitate smooth transition of responsibilities and knowledge to business and functional leaders responsible for post-closing operational management.

  • Propose and obtain approvals to execute the business plans with executive leadership teams.

  • Embrace and comply with internal/ external quality and legal regulations to conduct insurance business.

  • In partnership with the Head of Japan responsible for the development of the Growth Plan for Japan, especially in digital field.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

  • MBA or equivalent

  • At least 3 years' experience in business development, sales or marketing for new type business.
