Explore and execute strategic partnerships. This includes partner identification, screening, due diligence, structuring, negotiation and closing.
Manage communication and alignment with key internal stakeholders to support effective decision making and approval processes.
Develop strong network with industry Key Opinion Leaders, our customers and partners who will be the ambassador of the new business scheme.
Closely collaborate with internal / external stakeholder to develop robust operating mechanism for sustainable new business growth. Provide training as needed.
Facilitate smooth transition of responsibilities and knowledge to business and functional leaders responsible for post-closing operational management.
Propose and obtain approvals to execute the business plans with executive leadership teams.
Embrace and comply with internal/ external quality and legal regulations to conduct insurance business.
In partnership with the Head of Japan responsible for the development of the Growth Plan for Japan, especially in digital field.

【 REQUIREMENTS 】
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
MBA or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience in business development, sales or marketing for new type business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
