• Plan, develop and manage projects related to establishing local infrastructure to enhance
company’s presence in the local market as well as increasing availability of customers’ fleet, with the aim to increase customer satisfaction.
• Organize, participate, and manage events and exhibitions to increase visibility of Leonardo
Brand, by coordinating not only with Sales and Customer Support teams in the local office
but also with different departments in the headquarters office
• Lead brand management in the local office including media relations and in coordination with local Sales team and Customer Support teams
• Develop a strategic framework with Sales Manager aiming to enhance sales promotion, by
establishing partnerships with financial sectors, VIP specialized channels and other brands.
• Support the local Sales team in distributors’ management.
• Experience in business field more than 15yrs
• Experience in multicultural environment more than 5yrs
• Experience in team management more than 3yrs
• Fluent in both Japanese and English
