This is a dual-focus leadership position combining business development and operational management responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through local agent and partner relationships while overseeing daily centre operations, team performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.

The role serves as the key representative for the centre within the local business community and requires a strong sales mindset, relationship-building capability, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Act as the primary contact for local real estate agents, referral partners, and business introducers

  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with local business partners and referral networks

  • Conduct external meetings, site visits, and business development activities to promote workspace solutions

  • Generate new business opportunities through agent partnerships and networking initiatives

  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM records

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to execute business development strategies and achieve revenue targets

  • Represent the company at networking events, industry gatherings, and business forums

  • Provide regular reporting on business development activities, pipeline performance, and sales results

Centre Operations

  • Lead and supervise the engagement and operations team

  • Ensure smooth daily operations and maintenance of premium service standards

  • Oversee reception, visitor management, call handling, mail services, and meeting room coordination

  • Manage facility maintenance, housekeeping, and operational procedures

  • Support operational training and continuous process improvements

  • Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize revenue opportunities

  • Provide basic IT troubleshooting support when required

  • Review and approve operational expenditures and business-related submissions

Client Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Ensure proactive engagement with members and clients

  • Develop customized experiences and initiatives to enhance client satisfaction

  • Handle client requests, feedback, and issue resolution professionally

  • Continuously improve service standards and client experience programs

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and business partners

  • Ensure team readiness to support client technology and workspace-related requests

People Management

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members

  • Lead training, coaching, and performance development initiatives

  • Create a positive, collaborative, and service-focused working environment

  • Allocate responsibilities and monitor execution of team projects

  • Participate in performance evaluations and employee development planning

  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and centre-specific training documentation

Business & Financial Management

  • Oversee centre profitability and financial performance

  • Manage revenue streams across workspace, virtual office, meeting facilities, IT services, and related offerings

  • Monitor renewal opportunities and support contract renewal negotiations

  • Develop retention strategies for existing clients

  • Manage operational expenses while maintaining premium service levels

  • Support landlord relationship management and lease-related coordination

  • Ensure financial information and facility-related costs are properly communicated to relevant stakeholders

Accounts & Compliance

  • Oversee accurate client billing and invoicing processes

  • Resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies when required

  • Ensure adherence to company credit and financial policies

  • Minimize bad debt risk and monitor account receivables

  • Ensure service utilization records are accurately maintained
